Can I compete at Makaha investment without publishing my project?

No. You have the option to register your project(s) and publish them. Just registering the project(s) means they´ll be on our network, and you can promote them and receive the feedback from the Makaha community. Through publishing your project(s), you´re being evaluated by the community and competing for our investment at the end of stage 6.
Remember that each user has the possibility to publish their first project for FREE. For other projects that you have and want to publish to compete for our investment, there is a small $10.00 fee per project.

How does my project progress through the six stages?

The project evolves through 6 stages according to the volume of bets and the number of fans that it has. Your project does not regress during the process, because your historical factor is relevant in the evaluation, this means, if your project has already reached the 3rd stage and you lose bets, it will remain in stage 3, because its historical factor is positive.

What happens when I finish the 6th stage?

After finishing the 6th stage Makaha will take your project to the real market by investing in your project. Without any kind of demagogy, Makaha believes in the potential of the entrepreneurs. There is also a great chance for your project to receive investment by other investors or get a great opportunity before you even finish the 6th stage.

How can the 6 stages optimize my project(s)?

We built the process of six stages in order to optimize the majority of your project(s) to face the real market. We also, during this process, prepare the entrepreneur for an adventure and the challenges of the real market.

My Maks (virtual credits of Makaha) ended to bet on projects. What do I do?

We are currently implementing a tool to purchase more Maks. We´ll keep our users updated on it’s progress.

I don´t have projects to register within the Makaha. What is the attraction that I have to be within the community?

At first, we encourage users who do not have projects yet to co-create with the community, to develop their own projects and create and analyze trends. We are building partnerships for users to gain prominence with talents that encourage them to act as tastemakers and trend dictators more and more.

How will the investment aspect work?

We can invest in your project(s) in different ways. We can give you the support of management, i.e., support the brand, legal questions, strategic, innovation or, we can give the financial investment. We want that you to see Makaha as a great business partner, where we can really work together and change society with great ideas.

I know that when someone proposes to invest in any idea, they always need something in return. What does Makaha ask in return when it invests in projects?

Makaha wants to be more than your partner. We want to be your partner and offer all of our experience, network contacts, and financial potential for your project to make a difference in the market and society. When we invest in a project, we ask in return no more than 10% of participation. That is, the entrepreneur still has full control to make their decisions, but have the backing from Makaha to grow consistently and succeed.
